From a New Student to Feeling at Home: My College Experience

Starting college was both exciting and intimidating for me. When I first entered university, everything felt unfamiliar. I did not know my classmates, the campus was huge, and the learning style was very different from high school. At that time, I often felt nervous and unsure about whether I could adapt to this new environment. During the first few months, the biggest challenge for me was social interaction. In high school, I was used to staying with the same group of friends, but in college, I had to meet new people and communicate with strangers. At first, I was quiet and hesitant to start conversations. However, group projects and class activities gradually forced me to step out of my comfort zone.
